How to Search Someone’s Blog if They Don’t Have a Search in the Sidebar

You type on the end of the URL to the blog ?s=(earch-term-here)
And replace (search-term-here) with the thing you want to search for.
For example:
Say you wanted to search “:D” in my blog.
You would type this:
http://randomcookiez.wordpress.com/?s=:D
